Abstract

Next generation network

Today service providers are striving to differentiate themselves within this expanding competitive landscape by searching for ways to brand and bundle new services, achieve operational cost reductions, and strategically position themselves in relation to their competition. Many service providers are looking to Next Generation Network services as a means to attract and retain the most lucrative customers.

Because of NGN can be thought of as a packet-based network where the packet switching and transport elements are logically and physically separated from the service control intelligence. This control intelligence is used to support all types of services over the packet-based transport network, including everything from basiv voice telephony services to data, video, multimedia, advanced braodband, and management applications, which can be thought of as just another type of service that NGNs support. On the other hand , How will operations and management be handled in this new enviroment? Although these are all critical questions, we believe the most important issues to be addressed relate to NGN services and how they can be realized in an NGN environment.

Moreover, you can know that, “Why are NGNs important for service providers?, What are the important trends, characteristics, and services in an NGN environment?, What attributes should a Next Generation Service Architecture possess?.

The Household Livelihoods Support Program Office (HLSPO) has an immediate opening for a Coordinator of Micro-Finance Outreach Component of the Sustainable Livelihoods Project and the Director of Micro Finance Management Office (Micro Finance Development Fund)
Background:
The Micro-finance Development Fund (MDF) is part of the Sustainable Livelihoods Program, which is funded by the International Development Association (IDA) of the World Bank Group. The purpose of the MDF is to provide whole sale loans to qualified Mongolia microfinance institutions (MFIs) which will provide small loans to poor and low income people and micro enterprises in rural areas The Micro-Finance Management Office (MMO) carries out daily management and operations of the MDF that is located at the Bank of Mongolia.
Duties and responsibilities
Responsible for the implementation of MDF policies and procedures
Responsible for the proper management of the funds
Responsible for the implementation of the Micro Finance Outreach Component of the Sustainable Livelihoods Project
Coordinate the work of the MMO staff in order to provide adequate and timely administrative and financial information to the MDF Board.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in accounting, economics or finance.
Three to four years of progressively responsible professional experience in financial management.
Substantive experience required in analysis and interpretation of data and presentation of findings.
English language fluency is required, including ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

How get to result about speak air pollution. Because of air pollution, people’s healths very have been losing out. These reasons are cars and factories around city. The cars and factories in around our cities are giving off dangerous fumes. As a result more people have been illing with chronic disease, abnormal progress and breathing problems. Now it’s against people have been doing that not giving off fumes and make fewer big factories fumes. These actions have not good result. If we fight against air pollution, our cities will become to clean air.
So many people try to protect the environment by joining environmmental groups and inform people about ecological problems, to make their country richer and lives happier. We must protect our environment. Our earth is our home. Our environment must be clean.
